One rental day is 24 hours (or part of it) from the time of pickup. Returning the rental car an hour late or more, will be considered as another rental day.

The customer will be charged to fill the gasoline tank if the tank is returned less than full. The customer is responsible for ascertaining the correct gas type. Filling the tank with the wrong kind of gas will obligate the customer for any damage incurred.
requires a valid Driving license: The costumer has to have a driver's license valid for the duration of the rental.
Exiting Israel's borders or entering the Palestine National Authority is absolutely forbidden!
pickup and drop-off, at the customer's home for any rental period of minimum 7 days.
Pickup/drop-off at Ben-Gurion Airport: includes a charge of $87 for port service (one-time payment).
No Pickup/Drop-off on Saturdays or in Eilat* (except to/from the airport).

Only tourists who own an Israeli passport will be charged with VAT (17%) on all rental components.
