1.3. Use of the website, including completing and submitting a form to receive a price quote, constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A user who does not agree to these Terms is requested not to use the website or the online services offered through it.

1.4. These Terms apply to use of the website and to receiving information or a price quote only. They do not constitute a vehicle rental agreement and do not replace the specific rental agreement that will be signed or approved with the Company.

1.5. Provisions relating to the collection, use and retention of personal information are governed by the Company's separate Privacy Policy. These Terms do not constitute a privacy policy.

2. Definitions

2.1. User means any individual or entity browsing the website, providing details, requesting a price quote or communicating with the Company through the website.

2.2. Price Quote means any calculation, document, message, inquiry number, price or information provided to a User following completion of a form, an inquiry or use of the website.

2.3. Booking means a binding engagement for receiving a vehicle or rental services, created in accordance with these Terms, the rental agreement and applicable law.

2.4. Actual Charge means a charge that has been completed and actually recorded through a payment method approved by the Company. A card check, transaction authorization, framework hold, credit hold or attempted charge that has not been completed is not an Actual Charge.

3. Use of the Website

3.1. The website allows Users to receive general information about vehicle rental services, vehicle categories, rental periods, add-ons, delivery and return services, airport services, business services and contact options.

3.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date details, including name, telephone number, email address, pickup and return dates, delivery destination and any other detail required for receiving a price quote.

3.3. The website may not be used to provide false details, impersonate another person, disrupt the operation of the website, attempt to bypass security measures, distribute malicious code, automatically collect information or perform any unlawful act.

3.4. The Company may block or restrict use of the website where there is concern of unlawful use, harm to the website, harm to the Company or to a third party, or breach of these Terms, all subject to applicable law.

4. Price Quote

4.6. If the charge is not completed, is canceled, declined or canceled after it is made, the Company may deem the booking not to have been created, subject to applicable law and to the terms provided to the User.

5.4. Delivery of a vehicle to the customer's home, office, Ben Gurion Airport or any other location is subject to availability, location, rental period, the required payment and the terms appearing in the price quote or rental agreement.

5.5. The Company does not undertake to provide delivery or return services in Eilat, in localities located in the Palestinian Authority, or in any other area where the service is not available, unless approved in advance and in writing.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payments

6.1. Prices appearing on the website or in a price quote may vary according to vehicle category, rental period, rental date, vehicle availability, delivery location, add-ons, taxes, VAT, exchange rates and additional terms.

6.2. The binding price, including currency, VAT applicability, discounts, add-ons, delivery fees and any other charge, will be the price approved in the rental agreement or in the final transaction document.

6.3. Eligibility for a VAT exemption or any tax benefit will be determined according to applicable law and the documents presented to the Company. Display of a price on the website does not constitute approval of eligibility for an exemption.

6.4. To complete a booking, the Company may require a valid credit card, deposit, guarantee or other payment method, according to the transaction terms and the rental agreement.

6.5. Charges for fines, fees, toll roads, fuel, damage, late return, exceeding mileage limits, add-ons or ancillary services will be determined in the rental agreement and subject to applicable law.

7. Vehicle Rental Terms

7.1. Vehicle rental is subject to a specific rental agreement, transaction documents, Company requirements, insurer requirements and applicable law.

7.2. The rental agreement may include, among other things, the vehicle details, rental period, price, payment method, deposit, mileage limits, delivery and return terms, authorized drivers, insurance, deductible, cancellation terms, additional charges and User liability.

7.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a rental agreement signed or approved for a specific rental, the rental agreement will prevail with respect to that rental. Mandatory provisions of law will prevail in any event.

7.4. Business customers may be subject to a commercial agreement, framework agreement or special terms. In such case, the applicable business agreement will prevail with respect to the matters regulated in it.

8. Insurance and Coverages

8.1. The website may display compulsory insurance, third-party insurance, coverages or additional packages, including CDW, TP and WSC.

8.2. Descriptions of coverages on the website are intended for general information only. The scope of coverage, exclusions, terms, limitations, deductible and consequences of breaching rental terms will be determined solely in the rental agreement, the insurance documents and the Company's binding terms.

9. Cancellation and Refund

9.1. As long as no Actual Charge has been made, the matter is only a price quote request. The User may discontinue handling of the request without cancellation fees, since no booking has been created and no payment has been collected.

9.2. After an Actual Charge has been made, cancellation, change, refund or additional charge will be handled in accordance with the rental agreement, the transaction document, the specific offer and applicable law.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms derogates from any cancellation right or other right granted to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law or any mandatory law.

9.5. Any general notice on the website regarding cancellation free of charge will apply only in accordance with the terms provided in the specific transaction, the rental agreement and applicable law.
